## Can it do this?

- **Do I need a subscription?** Yes. The MG comes on the Life membership rather than sold on its own, so the cost carries on every month, and the ECG and heart screening belong to that tier rather than to the hardware. - **Does it track sleep stages?** Yes. Light, REM and deep are worked out from heart rate and movement rather than measured directly, so the nightly split is an estimate and the week to week trend is the useful part. - **Will it warn me about an irregular rhythm?** Yes. It watches for an irregular heart rhythm and can alert you, through the ECG feature on the Life membership. Availability depends on your region.
