> A dark green listing and an Evan Blass render both point away from a Pro 3 this year.

A dark green [Pixel Buds Pro 2](https://idevice.com/earbuds/google-pixel-buds-pro/roadmap/buds-pro-2) appeared briefly on Amazon before the listing was pulled, matching the greens leaking across the Pixel 11 line. [9to5Google](https://9to5google.com/2026/07/29/pixel-buds-pro-2-green-pixel-11/) spotted it and reads the shade as darker than the phones, possibly the Moss or Pine names attached to the Pixel 11 colours.

9to5Google [followed up](https://9to5google.com/2026/07/30/pixel-buds-pro-3-unlikely-2026/) with an Evan Blass render showing earbuds identical to the Pro 2 apart from the dome colour, closing the gap an earlier zoomed-out case image had left open. [Pixel Buds Pro](https://idevice.com/earbuds/google-pixel-buds-pro/roadmap) launched in 2022 and the Pro 2 in 2024, so a two-year cadence would be due. On this evidence the August 12 event brings a paint job instead.
