> A Play Console listing shows the Pixel Watch 5 on the same processor as the Watch 4 with 3GB of RAM, though the listing cannot prove the chip is unchanged.

A Google Play Console listing for the [Pixel Watch 5](https://idevice.com/smart-watches/google-pixel-watch/roadmap), codenamed godric, shows the same Qualcomm SW5100 platform as the [Pixel Watch 4](https://idevice.com/smart-watches/google-pixel-watch/roadmap/watch-4): four Cortex-A53 cores at 1.7GHz and an Adreno 702 GPU. [9to5Google](https://9to5google.com/2026/07/22/pixel-watch-5-specs-leak/) spotted it. The memory does move, to 3GB. [Gadgets and Wearables](https://gadgetsandwearables.com/2026/07/23/pixel-watch-5-specs-ram-processor-leak/): "That would be the first memory increase in the history of the Pixel Watch range."

The chip half of the story is softer than the headlines it produced. "The SW5100 name covers the main application processor used across different Snapdragon W5 generations, so it does not tell us the complete platform configuration." So the listing rules out a leap without ruling in a carryover, and the thing it does settle is negative: there is no sign of the Tensor chip earlier leaks pointed to.
