> The filing's screen, GNSS and missing Wi-Fi and cellular fit the leaked Edge, but Google hasn't confirmed the link or the device.

The Fitbit Edge that [Android Headlines pictured](https://www.androidheadlines.com/google-fitbit-edge) on October 4 may be the device behind a [Google FCC filing from September](https://idevice.com/a-new-fcc-filing-looks-like-the-fitbit-in-googles-ads). That filing listed model G8BL6 as a wrist-worn device with straps, a screen, Bluetooth LE, GNSS and a charging base, with no Wi-Fi or cellular radio. An IMDA listing a few days later confirmed that G8BL6 is a Google device.

Per [Gadgets & Wearables](https://gadgetsandwearables.com/2026/10/04/fitbit-edge-leak/), the leaked feature set lines up with that paperwork, though Google hasn't confirmed the link or announced the Edge. The October launch and the $149 to $199 price are Android Headlines' estimates, and the price is based on past Charge pricing, not a leak.
