What we’re expecting
Charging is one area where Apple probably won’t reinvent the wheel.
Every major smart ring today charges on a small magnetic puck, and there’s little reason to expect Apple to do anything radically different. The company already relies on magnetic charging across the Apple Watch and MagSafe ecosystem, so a compact magnetic ring charger would fit naturally. That said, no patent, supply chain report, or credible leak has described Apple’s charging system, making this an educated guess rather than a reported feature.
