Solos AirGo V2 smart glasses announced with $79 privacy kit

Solos announced the AirGo V2 camera smart glasses for $299, then immediately sold you a $79 kit to hide the cameras. The Privacy Kit includes clip-on blockers and swappable transparent temple pieces, accessories designed less to protect anyone's privacy and more to make bystanders feel better about being near the glasses. WIRED called the blocker cumbersome and ineffective as an actual privacy solution, which tracks: a clip-on cover isn't a privacy feature, it's a PR feature.
