Porsche owners can now unlock their cars with an iPhone instead of a physical key, joining a list of supported brands that has grown slowly over several years. The feature works by storing a digital key inside Apple Wallet, the same app people use for boarding passes and credit cards. Luxury buyers who already carry an iPhone now have one fewer thing to fish out of their pocket, which is a small convenience with a very expensive car attached to it.
