The Short Version
Samsung announced Galaxy Watch will summarize health data, including sleep and heart rate, into plain-language action advice.
Samsung's Galaxy Watch collects gigabytes of health data every night, and until now it mostly handed that back to you as raw numbers with no clear direction. The new approach translates all of it into a plain sentence telling you what to do. Apple has done versions of this, but Samsung is pushing the summary idea further into sleep and heart rate coaching. Whether the advice is actually useful depends entirely on how good the underlying logic is, and no one has tested that yet.
