Meta Ray-Ban smart glasses add AI food logging feature

Meta's Ray-Ban glasses can now look at your lunch and tell you what's in it, which moves wearables from counting your steps to judging your sandwich. The problem is the glasses don't connect to Apple Health or Samsung Health, so all that food data sits in Meta's own app, separate from wherever most people already track their health. Meta built a nutrition coach that refuses to talk to the rest of the class.
