I bought my PACE from a store. Whose return policy applies?
The store's. Orders from retailers, distributors or regional COROS sites follow that seller's own return and refund rules.
Who pays for return shipping on a coros.com order?
For US orders, COROS emails return shipping instructions once the return is approved. Outside the US, you buy your own return label and pay any shipping, customs or duties.
How long does a COROS refund take?
COROS inspects the return within 5 business days, and the refund usually shows up 5 to 7 business days after that. Original shipping costs are not refunded.
Can I exchange my PACE for a different model?
No. COROS does not do exchanges or upgrades. Return it inside the return window for a refund, then order the one you want.

No. Garmin Connect is not on COROS's list of sync partners. If you are switching from Garmin, you can export your old workouts from Garmin and upload the FIT or TCX files to your COROS account in the COROS Training Hub.
Can I use a fast charger on a COROS PACE?
No. COROS says to charge from a 5V/1A port and not to use fast-charge cables or fast-charge power banks.
Can I shower or swim with a COROS PACE?
Yes. COROS says its watches are waterproof for swimming and everyday wear and can be worn in the shower. Keep soap and shower gel off it, and rinse it with clean water after a swim.
