Hidden strings in the Garmin Connect app hint at a screenless device called CIRQA, but Garmin has not confirmed the product exists.
Hidden text found inside an app's code, called an APK string, is about as close to a product announcement as a grocery list is to a meal. Garmin has not confirmed anything called CIRQA, and as Gadgets & Wearables noted, these strings get added and removed constantly without anything ever shipping. A screenless recovery tracker would be an interesting move for Garmin, but right now there is no product, no price, and no date.
