Users report wearing both devices and seeing some Helio data in Apple Health or third-party apps. Syncing isn't two-way for Apple Watch workout data, so Zepp may not have the full Apple Watch activity history, and the Apple Watch sleep app doesn't adopt Helio Ring sleep results. You need an iPhone with the Zepp app and Apple Health permissions enabled; both supporting reports are older than 12 months and should be rechecked after major Zepp updates.
