How long does the battery last?
Beats rates them at up to 7 hours per charge, or 6 hours with noise cancelling or Transparency on. The case adds about three more charges, for up to 30 hours in total, or 24 hours with noise cancelling or Transparency on. A 5-minute charge gives up to 1 hour of playback.
Will they stay in during a workout?
They use a flexible wingtip that tucks under the ridge of your upper ear to lock the earbud in place. Beats made the wingtip nearly 20% more flexible than the one on Beats Fit Pro.
Do Powerbeats Fit have noise cancelling?
Yes. They have adaptive Active Noise Cancelling, plus a Transparency mode that lets you hear more of what is around you, like traffic on a city run.
Are they waterproof?
They are sweat and water resistant, not waterproof. The earbuds and the charging case are rated IPX4, which covers sweat and splashing water from any direction. It is the first Beats charging case with that rating.
How are they for phone calls?
Each earbud has three microphones, six in total, that work together to pick out your voice, and a processor cuts outside noise like wind.
How do the controls work?
Each earbud has a b button. Press once to play or pause, twice to skip forward and three times to skip back. You can set press and hold to switch listening modes, call up your voice assistant or change the volume.
What ear tip sizes come with them?
Four sizes: extra small, small, medium and large. Beats added the fourth size with this model.
What changed from Beats Fit Pro?
Powerbeats Fit replace Beats Fit Pro. The wingtip is nearly 20% more flexible, there is a fourth ear tip size, and the charging case is 17% smaller and now sweat and water resistant.
How are they different from Powerbeats Pro 2?
Powerbeats Pro 2 use ear hooks and add heart rate sensors. Powerbeats Fit hold on with a wingtip instead, and they have no heart rate sensors.
What comes in the box?
The earbuds, silicone ear tips in four sizes, the charging case, a Quick Start Guide and a warranty card. A USB-C cable and a power adapter are sold separately.
Can I find them if I lose them?
Yes. Find My on an iPhone, iPad, Mac or Apple Watch shows where your Beats were last connected. On Android, the Beats app locates them.
