Almost nothing is known about the pendant's hardware

What this is made of

• Whether the pendant records audio continuously is still unknown

Limitless built a pendant that records continuously, and Meta acquired it in 2025. The leaked Meta memo contained no specifications for Meta's own pendant.

• Whether the pendant has a camera is still unknown

The leaked memo gave no specifications for the pendant and left open that it could have a camera. Describing it as audio-only is not supported.

• It is called a pendant, but how you wear it is still unknown

Coverage of the leaked memo calls the device a pendant. The neck-worn detail describes the Limitless product Meta acquired, not Meta's own design.

• Which languages the pendant handles is still unknown

Limitless documents transcription in 103 languages for its own shipping pendant. Nothing has been reported about language support on Meta's device.

• Whether it shows a light while recording is still unknown

The Limitless Pendant uses a white LED to indicate recording. Meta has not disclosed whether its proposed pendant would include a visible recording indicator.
