How much will Galaxy Buds 5 Pro cost?
No price has been reported. The Pro line went from $199.99 for the first Buds Pro to $229.99 for Buds 2 Pro, then $249.99 for both Buds 3 Pro and Buds 4 Pro. Expect $249.99 or a little more.
When does Samsung Galaxy Buds 5 Pro come out?
Samsung has not announced a date, and no credible leak gives one. The Galaxy Buds Pro line is not annual: the last three gaps between releases were 589, 698 and 595 days, averaging about 20.6 months. Measured from Galaxy Buds 4 Pro, which went on sale 11 March 2026, that points to around November 2027, with a realistic band of late 2027 to early 2028. Treat it as our estimate from Samsung's cadence, not as a reported date.
Should I buy the Galaxy Buds 4 Pro now or wait for the next one?
No need to rush. $240.27 at Amazon is $50.28 above its lowest price in the 65 days iDevice has checked it. At about $199 or less, the answer turns to Buy now. No newer model is expected in the next 90 days (Our read). Price checked Oct. 24, 2026. See the full answer on the Samsung Galaxy Buds 4 Pro

Is there a regular Galaxy Buds 5 too?
Nothing has been announced. Samsung released the regular Buds 3 alongside Buds 3 Pro in 2024 and the regular Buds 4 alongside Buds 4 Pro in 2026, so expect a regular Galaxy Buds 5 at the same time as Buds 5 Pro. Galaxy Buds 4 costs $179.99 today.
