Released Guide updated
The vivosmart 5 is Garmin's band for people who want health tracking without a full smartwatch. It tracks heart rate around the clock, Pulse Ox, stress, Body Battery energy and sleep with a sleep score, and it is swim friendly. It has no GPS of its own and uses your phone's GPS for outdoor walks, runs and rides.
