A screenshot posted to X shows "Galaxy Watch9" and "Galaxy Watch Ultra2" appearing inside the Samsung Members app. The leaker hasn't confirmed exactly where in the app the names show up, so treat the screenshot with some caution, though the names line up with everything else expected at Samsung's July 22 Unpacked event.

Samsung also has a new earbud on the way. SammyGuru spotted the name "Galaxy Able" inside the Galaxy Wearable app, referring to an open-ear earbud that's been rumored on and off for months. One leaker, Evowizz, says the actual retail name will be "Galaxy Buds On" rather than "Able." That fits Samsung's pattern better since the company has never sold earbuds without "Galaxy Buds" somewhere in the name. "Able" is most likely an internal codename that won't make it to the box.

The watches might also be getting more expensive. A rumor via WinFuture claims Samsung is raising prices on the Galaxy Watch 9 and Watch Ultra 2 by roughly €30 to €50 compared to the Galaxy Watch 8, depending on size and connectivity. The same rumor puts the 40mm Galaxy Watch 9 at €409 in Germany and the Watch Ultra 2 at €749 for the LTE model. US pricing can't be converted directly, but a jump of around $50 across the lineup looks plausible if the pattern holds.

Samsung wouldn't be the only one doing this. Apple already raised the price of Vision Pro to $3,699 earlier this year, and price increases are becoming the theme of 2026 across wearables, along with, unfortunately, subscriptions. If the Watch 9 and Ultra 2 rumors hold up, Samsung will need to make the case for the extra cost on July 22.
