How long does the Leep Ring battery last?
Leep rates the ring at over a week on a full charge under typical conditions. It recommends charging every 3 to 4 days and keeping the ring between about 20% and 85% where possible. The ring charges in its case, and the case charges over USB-C.
What sizes does the Leep Ring come in?
Sizes 6 to 14, with no half sizes. If you are between two sizes, choose the larger one. Each ring order includes a free sizing kit.
How does the Leep sizing kit work?
You order with the free sizing kit option and Leep sends the kit first. Wear your chosen size for at least 24 hours, including when you sleep. Then confirm your size from your order email and Leep ships the ring.
How thin and light is the Leep Ring?
It is 2.22mm thick at its thinnest and weighs 2.5g to 6g depending on size. The shell is titanium with a hypoallergenic resin lining.

Does the Leep Ring sync with Apple Health and Google Health Connect?
Yes. Apple Health sync is live on iOS and Google Health Connect is available on Android. Both carry your Leep data into your wider health picture.
Is the Leep Ring waterproof?
It is rated IP68 and water resistant up to 50 metres, so it is fine for swimming, showering and rain. Leep does not recommend scuba diving or submersion over 12 hours, and the ring should come off before saunas, baths or jacuzzis. The charging case is not water resistant.
How do I charge the Leep Ring?
Place the ring in the charging case with the sensor bumps facing down into the magnetic pins, and take the ring protector off first. The case charges over the included USB-C cable. A power adapter is not included.

What are the Leep Ring return and warranty terms?
You can return the ring within 30 days of receiving it. UK returns get a prepaid label, and outside the UK return shipping is at the buyer's cost unless the ring is faulty. Sizing kits cannot be returned. The ring has a 1 year warranty.
Can the Leep Ring work without my phone nearby?
Yes. The ring can track and store up to two weeks of data without being connected to your phone, and syncs when it reconnects over Bluetooth. Leep suggests syncing once or twice a day.
