What Oura Ring 4 does best

  1. Sleep

Sleep stages lined up closely with a Pixel Watch 3, and it caught the right wake-up time and the moments you were awake.

  2. Recovery

No more gaps in nighttime heart rate data, and readings run 24/7 to tell you whether to push today or rest.

  3. Health

Weighing as little as 3.3 grams, it is easy to leave on day and night, which is how it builds a long-term picture of your health.
