What to know

Apple has canceled a cheaper Vision headset it had in the works, according to Bloomberg's Mark Gurman, who first reported the move in October 2025. The headset was often called Vision Air.

Gurman said Apple dropped it to focus on smart glasses. That is a separate decision from the fate of the pricier Vision Pro follow-up.

Apple has not commented on the cancellation.
