Multiple reports agree that the iPhone 18 will look almost exactly like the iPhone 17. Fixed Focus Digital reported only slight dimension changes, with an exterior otherwise close to last year's phone. Digital Chat Station said the rear camera plateau, the raised camera bump on the back, will stick around too.
The one visible change reported so far is on the front. Leakers Ice Universe and Jeff Pu both described a narrower Dynamic Island for the standard iPhone 18. Jeff Pu went further, saying the smaller cutout will use the same style Apple has reserved for its Pro models.
Put together, the reporting points to a phone that keeps its predecessor's shape and rear camera layout while borrowing one Pro tier detail up front. None of the sources describe any other exterior changes, and nothing here is confirmed by Apple.
