What to know

Meta says the current Ray-Ban Meta glasses, called Gen 2, can record 3K video.

Qualcomm says its newer AR1+ chip for glasses improves photo and video quality, as UploadVR reported. No leak says what camera Gen 3 will have, or that it will use this chip.

An earlier report of an iPhone 13-level camera goal was about the Meta Ray-Ban Display glasses, not Gen 3.

No. The iPhone 13 comparison concerned the separate Meta Ray-Ban Display model, not the standard Ray-Ban Meta Gen 3 line. No Gen 3 camera sensor, resolution or image-quality target has been reported.

What could improve Gen 3 camera quality?
