Samsung Galaxy Glasses: A 12MP Sony IMX681 sensor

What we’re expecting

Two cameras are confirmed. The sensor is not.

The April 2026 Android Headlines leak attributed to OnLeaks named a 12 megapixel Sony IMX681, in the same wave that produced the pricing and the codenames. Two front-facing cameras are confirmed: Google product lead Jonathan Payne described them in a July 2026 interview, and they appear in the Android XR reveal imagery. Samsung has not named the sensor. A different part at the same resolution would produce identical marketing copy, so this is likely to be settled by teardown rather than at launch.
