Engadget's and Tom's Guide's hands-on reviews both confirmed prescription insert support for Aura. The full diopter range, insert pricing, and optician availability have not yet been detailed specifically for Aura.

Xreal's Aura supports prescription lens inserts, so people who wear glasses don't have to squint through it or buy custom lenses on the side, which is what most AR headsets force. Xreal says the inserts work the same way they do on its other glasses.
