The Ultrahuman Ring Pro runs two modes: Turbo tracks everything and lasts 12 days, Chill dials back the tracking for roughly 15. That tops the category. Oura's Ring 5 manages 6 to 9 days, and the Galaxy Ring 2 is only targeting 10. But you're trading data for those extra days, so the 15-day number comes with an asterisk.
