The Galaxy Watch Ultra 2 reportedly gets an 800mAh battery, up from 590mAh in the first Ultra, a 35% jump. The standard Watch 9 tops out at 435mAh on the 44mm, so the Ultra is carrying nearly double the cell. Battery is the most complained-about thing in smartwatches, and a bigger cell is the most direct fix Samsung could make.
