A future Apple Watch feature could write up a summary of your day, including where you were, what you ate and who you were with, according to the code sleuth pdfu. In a September 2026 post on X, reported by MacRumors, pdfu said watchOS code calls the feature Ambient Sensing.

pdfu said each summary has spaces for the time and date, where you were, what you ate, and who was there and how they relate to you. The same code lists more than sixty activities it can label, from folding laundry to attending a keynote.

Apple has not announced the feature, and features found in code do not always ship.
