The Pro matches the Ultra's 1TB of storage but not its memory, so the Ultra keeps one clear edge. Samsung still hasn't decided whether its top two phones get faster memory chips.
China's 3C agency has certified the Galaxy S27 Ultra with a 5,534mAh rated cell, which works out to 5,700mAh typical, and the Galaxy S27 Pro at 5,200mAh typical. Both are expected to use silicon carbon, and both were already certified for 60W wired charging.
Three tipsters put the Polar ID story back where it started: an experimental Samsung chip-division test last year that the phone division never signed off.
The S25 FE has the same chip, the same battery and the same cameras, and it can be found for as little as $500, which puts about $200 between the two on a shop shelf.
At $699 the FE is the cheap way into the S26 line, and the compromise is storage. Samsung did hand it a camera mode that shipped with the foldables last month.
